Joe Manchin from West Virginia has now come out and said he will vote to impeach Trump:

MANCHIN will vote to convict the President.
SINEMA will vote to convict the president.
They join JONES and all other Democrats voting to convict.ROMNEY is the only senator to announce a vote against Party.

So there you go. It looks like the only bipartisan vote will be for impeachment, thanks to Mitt Romney.
I really thought Manchin would come through on this one. I hope the people of West Virginia remember this when his term is finally up in four more years.
