There isn’t much more to the report other than what’s in the tweet. When Trump was asked about it today, he responded that he wasn’t concerned:

The White House has since put out a statement saying that neither Pence nor Trump had hardly any interactions with the Brazilian official and that any exposures are being assessed and that will dictate what they do next:
