Krauthammer: Libya took too long, but congrats to Obama

Krauthammer compares the first phase of Libya (regime change) to the first phases of both Afghanistan and Iraq, noting that it took far too long in Libya to remove Qaddafi. But he does congratulate Obama for getting us involved:
