Tommy Christopher at Mediaite describes this display by Mitt Romney at a New Hampshire town hall yesterday as “angry”, but I put it more in the animated category. And I like it! This is what happens at an authentic town hall, where people are free to ask the candidate tough questions. Contrast this with the string of psuedo-town halls/campaign gatherings that Obama held during his bus tour last week.
Romney is definitely not my first choice for the GOP nomination, but his answer to this question on the issue of government spending was good and I love the fact that he got worked up about it.
