OUTRAGEOUS: St Louis prosecutor looking at possible charges against couple defending themselves against BLM mob

The corrupt prosecutor in St. Louis is now looking for possible charges against the St. Louis couple who defended their home against the BLM mob last weekend when they came rampaging into their private property. Here’s the statement that Kimberly Gardner released today:

“I am alarmed at the events that happened over the weekend, where peaceful protesters were met by guns and a violent assault. We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated. My office is currently working with the public and the police to investigate these events. Make no mistake: We will not tolerate the use of force against those exercising their First Amendment rights, and will use the full power of Missouri law to hold people accountable.”

This is outrageous for multiple reasons.

First, she calls this a ‘peaceful protest.’ But that’s ridiculous because this angry mob literally broke into this private street by breaking the gate to get in. That’s called ‘breaking and entering’ and there’s nothing peaceful about it. You do that at someone’s home and they can kill you. They were not exercising their first amendment rights. They were breaking the law!

Secondly, this couple has explained that they feared for their lives after this mob broke down the gate into their private street and were yelling obscenities at them and threatening them. McCloskey even told Chris Cuomo that one of the mob clicked two ammo magazines at them and said ‘you’re next’.

Third, this is the same corrupt prosecutor who released “36 rioters and looters arrested in the city following protests over the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.” But she’s coming after this couple for defending their home against this angry mob?

I hope McCloskey has a better lawyer than the one we saw on TV in order to fight this corrupt prosecutor. Because it looks like he’s going to need it.
