That quote comes at the 3:30 mark but this whole interview is actually surprisingly good. Schultz was out in Toledo, Ohio yesterday to discuss Senate Bill 5 – an existing bill I know little about except that it forces public employees to subsist on dog food and puddle water. Or so one would think anyway, to hear Ed tell it. Now the Democrats and their labor union allies want to repeal the bill.
So the hapless Schultz brought on Toledo Mayor Mike Bell to discuss the issue and explain to the wee-wee’d up union crowd why he’d support such a heinous bill. Yet despite Schultz’ relentless class-warfare rhetoric and constant grumbling from the crowd, Bell held his ground quite admirably.
