Trump tweeted this morning that the Texas case is the “big one” and that they would be intervening in it:
We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!

When Trump says ‘intevening’, I believe he means that his campaign will be joining the Texas case, as he suggested others are doing in the tweet right before this one:
This was not my case as has been so incorrectly reported. The case that everyone has been waiting for is the State’s case with Texas and numerous others joining. It is very strong, ALL CRITERIA MET. Trump says this Texas case is the one “every has been waiting for”, calling it the “big one”.
Clearly he seems very optimistic that this case will bring the election victory that has otherwise eluded him thus far. I hope he’s right.
