Joe Biden completely mispronounces the name of his own nominee for a cabinet position when announcing it yesterday:
Joe Biden defeated AGAIN by the Teleprompter.
"For Secretary of Health and Education Services, I nominate Xavier Bacheria."
Joe Biden is a mess.
It's Health and Human Services.
And it's Xavier Becerra.

You hear Biden gear up like he’s about to announce something great and then completely screws up Becerra’s name. As Guest says, defeated by a teleprompter again.
The thing I wonder about is whether Joe realized his error on his own, or if someone whispered it behind him or perhaps in his ear.
Either way, it’s going to be a long for years if we have to listen to Biden mispronounce every foreign leader’s name he meets with.
