According to the official record, only six Republicans voted against the 5,600 page Omnibus/Covid-relief bill that no one had a chance to read:
Marsha Blackburn (R-TN)
Ted Cruz (R-TX)
Ron Johnson (R-WI)
Mike Lee (R-UT)
Rand Paul (R-KY)
Rick Scott (R-FL)
It’s a shame that only 6 out of a majority voted against this bill.
Josh Hawley, who voted for the bill, defended his decision on Twitter:
I will vote yes on #covid relief bill for one reason and one reason only: it contains direct assistance to working families. That assistance is not nearly enough, fraction of what it should be. But it is something, & for millions of working Americans, it’s help desperately needed

But Ted Cruz disagrees, and wrote the reason why he voted against the bill:
Simply put, Democrats exploited the need for relief to advance their political agenda instead of working on standalone legislation months ago that would put our nation on the path to recovery. That’s wrong and the exact opposite of what the American people need right now.

Just on the basis that they were given no time to read and digest the bill, should all Republicans have voted against it. Not to mention all the waste that we could likely talk about for months.
