Things got SUPER heated at a GOP primary debate in Ohio this week. The Freedomworks event came close to physical throwdown after the FIRST question, which was about China.
Candidate Mike Gibbons was worked up because Mandel called him out over his ties to China, and in return accused Mandel of never having worked a real job.
Mandel served two tours in Iraq. He didn’t take that too kindly and got in Gibbons face. That’s when the magic happened, including the sentence, “watch what happens, p***y!”
J.D. Vance later called the whole thing contrived.
I dunno. Sure livened up the debate for me. Maybe all primary debates should have some kind of UFC match. They could even use entrance music. I’m just sayin to think about it, y’all.
