This morning Joe Biden was doing a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid when it came to question time.

I know it’s a short clip, but Biden just looked dumbfounded there for a second as Lapid said a question was for Joe. And then he had to be asked if he wanted to call on the next questioner.
Biden then admitted, as he does so many times, that this people gave him a pre-approved list of reporters to call on.
