Airspace over Lake Michigan temporarily closed, Air Force still active over area, officials ID last 2 objects ‘balloons’

Another airspace closure just took place over Lake Michigan and fighter jets have been dispatched to investigate. The closure of airspace over Montana was blamed on a “radar anomaly.” The last two objects shot down, described at first as cylindrical and which had conflicting reports from the pilots, are being described as balloons now.

That would mean three balloons, and if you have any doubt they’re Chinese then you aren’t paying attention.

And let’s not just call them balloons, huh? They’re SPY balloons. Or how about we call them a violation of our borders and sovereignty, how about that?

Do we take our national security seriously or not? Is China just calling the shots in the Oval Office?

UPDATE 1: Fox is reporting the airspace restrictions over Lake Michigan have already been lifted.

HOWEVER take note of this:

I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions just yet. That’s not just fighters that are still active over the area but a refueled — and if the airspace was closed while they were refueling jets, then where are those fighters headed?
