The first qualification the media wrote about when she was appointed was that she’s the first black woman in the job.
Come to think of it, I’m not sure they ever said any other qualifications. But they should have said, “compelled to lie, can’t communicate without sputtering, and doesn’t like the press being allowed to question her,” since those are the MAIN things that Biden looks for in staff.
