China says it’s “ready to fight” to smash “foreign interference” after combat exercises around Taiwan

Communist China sent a big warning to Taiwan over the weekend with three days of combat exercise around the country.

And now that they have completed their exercises, they claim they are ready to fight any foreign interference that might aid Taiwan’s independence.

All of this comes after Kevin McCarthy met with Taiwan’s president last week at the Reagan Library.

According to Military.com, China said “The theater’s troops are ready to fight at all times and can fight at any time to resolutely smash any form of ‘Taiwan independence’ and foreign interference attempts.”

They also report that military experts say the exercises “serve both as intimidation and as an opportunity for Chinese troops to practice sealing off Taiwan by blocking sea and air traffic.”

Meanwhile, Fox News reports that China is in fits over a US Navy Destroyer that they say “illegally trespassed” in the South China Sea near one of it’s manmade islands.

Of course there was nothing illegal about the maneuvers made by USS Milius and the Navy’s 7th fleet responded with a statement: “Unlawful and sweeping maritime claims in the South China Sea pose a serious threat to the freedom of the seas, including the freedoms of navigation and overflight, free trade and unimpeded commerce, and freedom of economic opportunity for South China Sea littoral nations.”

After watching Biden’s paramount weakness invite the Russian invasion of Ukraine last year, one has to wonder when China is going to do the same with Taiwan while Biden is still president. The last thing they want is a new president who will stand up to them, especially when they’ve already got a president in their pocket thanks to his crime family’s greediness.
