This clip is from two days ago and it’s another example of the embarrassment that is Joe Biden.

See if you can tell what he’s saying:

That’s a funny caption by The First because that is what it sounds like. It’s really more Biden gibberish.

What he’s actually trying to say is “they even — in the Wall Street — today said they don’t see a recession coming now.” At least that’s what the White House put in the transcript but that is definitely not what he said.
