Steve Deace BLASTS Mike Cernovich for partisan attack on DeSantis supporter

Mike Cernovich went after Bob Vander Plaats in a disgusting attack, calling him a fake Christian and a Never Trump lowlife for supporting Ron DeSantis.

Here’s what he said:

“All the lowlifes and fake Christians who were Never Trump in 2016 have found their new candidate in DeSantis. Fortunately these wicked liars lack legitimate influence, Hillary lost, Trump won. But keep in mind what’s happening. This is majority of DeSantis 2024 support.”

 
That didn’t sit well with Steve Deace, who tore into him:

“This is way, way, way out of bounds. Also violates the commandment against bearing false witness. Bob was never, Never Trump in 2016.

In fact, he tried to talk me out of it and tried to connect me and Trump after he clinched the nomination. Bob worked tirelessly in numerous states to get Trump elected in 2016 and 2020. I frankly don’t know of a more effective Christian witness in the political arena than Bob Vander Plaats, and I know a lot of people in this space.

I’m glad to see you’ve grown in your faith, Mike, as I have in recent years, too. And appreciate much of you what you’ve posted in recent years and even shared it periodically in my own.

But back when you were still tweeting how to get chicks addicted to your man sauce, Bob was throwing out state supreme court justices. You are way out of your depth here.”

Wicked liars? I just don’t understand why it has to be so nasty. I guess we can blame that on Trump because he’s led the way on being nasty in this race and some of his underlings are clearly following his lead. It’s just completely unnecessary.
