Donald Trump is now pushing fake rumors on his Trump Social page that Governor Ron DeSantis is going to drop out of the presidential race and run for Senate:
Roomer are strong in political circles that Ron DeSanctimonious, whose Presidential run is a shambles, and whose poll numbers have absolutely crashed, putting him 3rd and 4th in some states, will be dropping out of the Presidential race in order to run, in Florida, against Rick Scott for Senate. Now that’s an interesting one, isn’t it?
This is how scared Trump is of DeSantis. He’s already trying to push him to get out of the race because he knows, post debate, that DeSantis is beginning to surge in Iowa.
Just listen this report from this weekend by NBC’s Dasha Burns. She says despite the polls saying Trump is winning by a lot, it doesn’t feel that way on the ground:
