A team of journalists associated with Reuters were reportedly hit by an Israeli artillery shell while livestreaming in southern Lebanon, near the border.
You can’t see anything in this video but you do hear an explosion and a woman begin screaming “what happened?” over and over. She then yells that she can’t feel her legs.

I’m seeing reports that one journalist died in the attack, but I haven’t confirmed that yet with any official source. I’m still looking.
Reuters did say it removed a live stream due to graphic content, but it didn’t mention anyone being injured or anything about the situation:

A reporter with Newsmax says the news agency “has confirmed with Reuters that a crew was hit by some sort of fire while live-streaming along the Israel-Lebanon border.” But no other details were available.
UPDATE: It appears that the cameraman was killed:
