Holder: Government should be “responsible” for tracking down eligible voters to make sure they’re registered

Big Brother lurks.

Is getting registered to vote really that difficult? It involves filling out a form, and sending it in. Gee, that is so tough!

Last time I checked, in a free country like America it is the citizen’s responsibility to participate (or not) in the democratic process – not the government’s. So my question is does Holder think we are not living in a free country anymore?
