Another resolution to expel Rep. George Santos has just been filed in the House as a privileged motion. This time it was filed by Democrat Robert Garcia from California and it must be voted on in two days.

Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) just filed a privileged resolution to expel Santos from Congress. The House will now have to take up this legislation in two legislative days.

Last time Santos survived the expulsion vote. But will he this time?
Santos has already said he’s not running for reelection and this is no doubt a ploy by Democrats to shrink the already Republican majority.
