Happy New Year to everyone who comes here to The Right Scoop and your families. I hope this new year brings you closer to God, which is the most important thing in this world and in life.
We live in a world so full of distractions and it’s easy to let them take up so much of our time. I think, if I were to posit a New Year’s resolution, it would be that in those moments where I just want to unwind and turn on the TV, that maybe I would first try and read something meaningful that points me toward God. Because that’s what I really need. That’s what my soul was made for and definitely what it needs.
In any event, whatever you choose to do or not to do, I hope your new year is blessed and wonderful.
