Joe Biden just claimed in a campaign speech that he met a dead man in 2021 after he got elected and that dead man asked him a question.

Mitterand was the French President between 1981 and 1995 and has also been dead since 1996.

Biden recounts that he told his G7 counterparts after he got elected that “America is back” and that “Mitterand from Germany” asked him “how long you back for?”.
Now he caught himself saying that Mitterrand was from Germany and corrected it to France. But that was just a minor mistake.
Mitterrand has been DEAD since 1996 and Joe Biden thinks he saw him in 2021???? Wowza. I think Joey B is getting worse.
