Judge McAfee, who is overseeing the case Fani Willis has brought against former President Trump and many others, has just dismissed some of the charges against Trump from the initial indictment.
According to court documents, McAfee threw out six counts that dealt with getting Georgia officials to violate their oaths of office. Trump was charged with three of those counts:
