Eric Swalwell attempted to spar with Ben Shapiro on Capitol Hill on a variety of topics in a House Judiciary hearing on Collusion in the Global Alliance for Responsible Media.

But, as you’d expect and the title indicates, Swalwell was well out of his depth and failed every time to trap Shapiro.
