The Eleventh Circuit just sided with the state of Florida over their law protecting minors from predators in the transgender pretender mafia.
The law specifically “prohibits sex-reassignment prescriptions and procedures for patients younger than 18 years of age.” Florida passed the law in 2023 and it’s been under challenge since then.
But today, the state got relief from the Eleventh Circuit in a 2-1 ruling that stays an injunction place on the law by a lower court.
The judges in majority were appointed by President Trump, Judges Britt Grant and Robert Luck.
