It’s just being reported that Judge Cannon, who blocked Jack Smith from releasing a report on his two phony investigations into now President-elect Trump pending the judgement of the 11th Circuit, has just said she won’t block the release of the report.
However, the part of the report dealing with the classified documents investigation is still on hold pending a hearing on Friday.

Judge Aileen Cannon said on Monday that she would not block the release of special counsel Jack Smith’s report on his investigation into Donald Trump and efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
However, Cannon has scheduled a court hearing later this week regarding the part of Smith’s report dealing with the classified documents probe.
Cannon will hold a hearing on Friday in her Ft. Pierce, Florida, courthouse on whether Attorney General Merrick Garland can share the volume of the report concerning the Mar-a-Lago classified documents probe with a select group of lawmakers, as Garland has stated he would like to do.
In the meantime, she is continuing to halt the Justice Department from sharing that volume of the report with anyone outside of the agency.
“The Court is not willing to make that gamble on the basis of generalized interest by members of Congress, at least not without full briefing and a hearing on the subject,” she said. “
Garland had planned to allow the Republicans and Democrats who lead the House and Senate Judiciary Committees to review the report privately, on the condition that they do not disclose information from it.
Garland has said he will publicly release the special counsel report into Trump and the 2020 election aftermath before Trump takes office next Monday. The Justice Department didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
I know it’s one report, but they will most certainly break it up now that they have the go ahead to release the portion on the phony J6 investigation. And it would not shock me if the classified documents portion is leaked out along with it.
All of this to try and smear Trump as he’s taking office. You can be sure this will be the big garbage media narrative on Monday as he is taking office.
