One of the stranded astronauts on the International Space Station said that Elon Musk offered to rescue them and was denied by Biden, just as Elon says.

Now we know why these astronauts are still up there. Unbelievable. The word last year was that they were supposed to be rescued in January, and here it is March and they are still in space.
So why did Biden deny Musk? He explained a couple of weeks ago:
