CNN’s Scott Jennings gave an honest assessment last night of how he really feels about President Trump’s new tariff plan, telling the panel that he’s ‘mixed’ on them.
Jennings said he wasn’t trained to believe in tariff’s, but also didn’t dismiss them outright either.

This is what I like about Jennings. I know many on the left thing he’s just a ‘yes man’ for Trump’s policies, but he’s not. He’s not a ‘no man’ either. I’ve always believed Jennings was an honest broker when it comes to his commentary about Trump and I think this proves it.
The funny thing to me is that this clip isn’t making circles on X this morning among the right and I honestly don’t know why. I think this adds to his credibility.
