The Supreme Court just handed President Trump a big victory on his use of the Alien Enemies Act, which a lower court Obama judge barred the administration from using.
According to Special Report, the Supreme Court lifted Judge Boasberg’s order from March 15 and will allow Trump to continue deporting Venezuelan gangbangers by using the 1798 law.
