White House Press Secretary explains the Supreme Court ruling with respect to the deported MS-13 gang leader from Maryland, saying there’s a difference between facilitating the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia and ‘effectuating’ it:
In other words, they don’t have to force the return of Garcia as was initially reported.
