The Senator from Minnesota is outraged that Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by ICE and weighed in on it today on X, saying:
This is not normal.
The Administration’s arrest of a sitting judge in Wisconsin is a drastic move that threatens the rule of law.
While we don’t have all the details, this is a grave step and undermines our system of checks and balances.

A grave step? She obstructed a federal law enforcement arrest, putting officer’s lives in danger as they had to chase the violent criminal illegal before finally apprehending him.
Oh by the way, when it came to President Trump getting indicted or arrested, she never tweeted anything like this. But she did tweet in late 2022 that “no one is above the law”:
In the United States of America, no one is above the law.

If no one is above the law, then why is she rushing to defend this criminal judge?
She’s not the only one. The despicable Jamie Raskin is also outraged by the arrest:
🚨NEW: Jamie Raskin calls the arrest of Judge Dugan an “OUTRAGE."
Per DHS, the alien that Dugan tried to help escape ICE has a laundry list of violent criminal charges —
— including strangulation and suffocation, battery, and domestic abuse. He illegally entered the US twice. pic.twitter.com/8izjT1eCh3

What is it with these Democrats, who run to defend a violent criminal illegal immigrant MS-13 gangbanger and now they are running to defend a judge who knowingly obstructed a federal arrest of a violent, criminal illegal alien.
These people have lost their marbles over hating President Trump. Completely. And never once did they defend him when his home was raided and he was unfairly arrested in Georgia and indicted by the feds in multiple cases. No, we kept hearing, ‘no one is above the law.’ Well guess what, criminal judges aren’t above the law either!
