Qatar is now denying reports that they are gifting President Trump a luxury Boeing jumbo jet, saying they are instead considering to temporarily transfer the jet for use as Air Force One.

The White House has also commented on it, saying Qatar offered to ‘donate’ a plane to the DOD:

WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also weighed in, saying “Any gift given by a foreign government is always accepted in full compliance with all applicable laws. President Trump’s Administration is committed to full transparency.”
