DHS Secretary Kristi Noem just tweeted a court document revealing a legal victory over the ACLU in an immigration case, and celebrated the victory with the words “suck it”.

Below is the court document that reveals the case was dismissed after 3 plaintiffs decided not to pursue the case any further. The other plaintiffs were deported by DHS (the defendants) earlier, which made their claims moot. Only these 3 plaintiffs remained, and they never answered the motion to dismiss, nor requested summary judgment. Ergo, the case was dismissed today.
