BREAKING: Federal judge blocks Trump from revoking Harvard from enrolling foreign students

As predictable as water is wet, a federal judge has already given Harvard the injunction they want to block the Trump administration’s revocation of their foreign student enrollment.

The judge’s name is Allison Burroughs and she is an Obama appointee.

Here’s the news:

I said this morning that this would happen. I just didn’t realize how quick it would happen.

Now it will go, upon appeal, to the 1st District Court of Appeals and I suspect they’ll probably leave the injunction in place. At which point, the Trump administration will have to appeal this to the Supreme Court, and who knows how that will turn out.
