Mexican President Claudia Scheinbaum claimed earlier this year that she would sue American gun manufacturers as accomplices to Mexico’s drug cartels if Trump persisted in designating Mexico’s drug cartels as terrorist groups.
But her lawsuit just failed in a unanimous ruling by the Supreme Court, who dismissed it entirely:
