The Supreme Court just granted DOGE access to Social Security systems and all its data, meaning we should begin to see much more evidence of fraud and abuse within the system.
The high court also blocked a court order requiring DOGE to submit discovery in a FOIA lawsuit.
According to Zach Schonfeld with The Hill, both rulings had 6-3 votes.
Here’s more from Schonfeld:
The Supreme Court hands two big wins to DOGE
In separate emergency rulings, the court (1) allows DOGE to access Social Security Systems and (2) blocks an order requiring DOGE submit discovery in a FOIA lawsuit
Both rulings appear to be along the court's 6-3 ideological lines pic.twitter.com/ymOa0lssgU
