It’s being reported that Iran’s main uranium enrichment site, Natanz, was targeted by Israel and has been destroyed. The account below says the head of the IAEA has confirmed this.

I have been looking and I can’t confirm this confirmation, however the IAEA did confirm that Natanz was a target.
“The IAEA is closely monitoring the deeply concerning situation in Iran. Agency can confirm Natanz site among targets. The Agency is in contact with Iranian authorities regarding radiation levels. We are also in contact with our inspectors in the country.” – DG @rafaelmgrossi
