It’s being reported now by ABC News that a federal appeals court has declined to hear President Trump’s challenge of the $5 million judgment against him in the E. Jean Carroll case.

A federal appeals court on Friday declined to re-hear President Trump’s challenge to a $5 million civil judgment after a jury found him liable in 2023 for the battery and defamation of the writer E. Jean Carroll in the 1990s.
This sucks. I don’t think there is any relief to be had in this case at this point, assuming the Supreme Court doesn’t get involved.
