The murderer in Minnesota, Vance Boelter, an appointee of Tim Walz, has just been captured and arrested by police according to reports. It apparently just happened in the last few minutes.
Tom Hauser, the Chief Political Reporter for KSTP-TV, says his sources are telling him Boelter was hiding in near Green Isle:

MORE: Multiple sources say he was spotted near a residence in Green Isle and began running down a driveway into the woods, wearing all black with a backpack. At one point he was tucked in the fetal position and then began to army crawl until he eventually stood up to surrender.
