An appeals court just ruled against President Trump in the case where he fired Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve.
From my reading of the court document, it appeared to be a 2-1 ruling, with justices from Joe Biden and Obama ruling against Trump and a Trump-appointed judge dissenting.
Trump will either appeal this to the entire DC circuit or to the Supreme Court. We’ll see what happens.
