BREAKING: Harmeet Dhillon releases DOJ letter sent to Portland Police

Assistant Harmeet Dhillon just released the letter she sent to the Portland Police Department over the arrest of Nick Sortor last night in front of an ICE facility, and the non-arrest of those who attacked Sortor.
