US Attorney General for California Bill Essayli just announced the arrest of 29-year-old Jonathan Rinderknecht, who they say started the Palisades fire.

They also explain how the Palisades fire began, which they say actually started as a different fire that smoldered and then became the inferno that destroyed the Palisades and killed 12 people.
