Scott Jennings was just on CNN responding to all the whining from Democrats about President Trump’s ‘selective prosecution’ of Letitia James, pointing out that James’ entire career was built on ‘selective prosecutions’ of one man.

I just saw another clip on CNN that’s related. The host was asking a former federal prosecutor if mortgage fraud was something that isn’t used very much, trying to push the narrative that this is indeed ‘selective prosecution’.
But the former prosecutor suggested that mortgage fraud is the bread and butter of federal prosecutors, who file “hundreds and hundreds of these cases every year.”
CNN’s Kasie Hunt suggests everyone in America who buys a home commits mortgage fraud like NY AG Letitia James allegedly did.
