The Seventh Circuit of Appeals is refusing to undo a lower court order blocking President Trump from deploying the National Guard within Illinois, because they agree with the lower court.

As for the judges, we have one from Obama, George H. W. Bush, and George Bush.
On to the Supreme Court it goes, and it absolutely should. Trump needs to be able to protect federal agents and buildings, especially in such a hostile state to federal immigration enforcement.
