Governor Gavin Newsom doesn’t want to take the blame for the drunk illegal immigrant truck driver who killed three people in Ontario, California, despite the fact that California gave this illegal a CDL.
Newsom is fingering Joe Biden for giving the illegal a work permit, which allowed him to get a CDL from California:

(This work permit would have been approved by the Biden administration, as illegal aliens can apply for work authorization 6 months after making their asylum claims).
He crossed the border illegally in March 2022 and was released into the U.S. by the Biden admin with a future immigration court date.

What a load of crap. The guy was still an illegal immigrant and should never have been issued a CDL, no matter that Biden gave him a work permit. Both were wrong, but Newsom needs to take responsibility for this as well.
