White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explained that President Trump is complying with the court order on SNAP and they have now received guidance on disbursement from the courts.
She said Trump was saying in his Truth Social post that he doesn’t want to tap into the emergency funds again because Democrats won’t reopen the government.
