WATCH: Jonathan Turley responds to ‘bizarre’ voting rules just unearthed in Minnesota

It was revealed yesterday by Scott Pressler that Minnesota is actually allowing voters in the state to ‘vouch’ for other people so that they can register to vote on election day.

According to Fox News, voters can vouch for up to EIGHT people, and Jonathan Turley calls this ‘bizarre’ and compares it to ‘kindergarten rules’.
