BREAKING: Federal magistrate WON’T allow feds to arrest Don Lemon and now we know why…

A federal magistrate in Minnesota is reportedly refusing to sign off on the arrest warrant for former CNN host and now desperate podcaster Don Lemon, who was part of the mob that infiltrated a Christian church on Sunday in St. Paul.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, he’s being told the magistrate is married to the Minnesota AAG in Keith Ellison’s AG office:

NEW: Multiple sources tell me & colleague @davidspunt that the federal magistrate in Minnesota who refused to sign off on an arrest warrant for Don Lemon is Douglas L. Micko and that his wife works as an Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota AG Keith Ellison’s office.

The corruption goes deep in Minnesota. I hope the feds can circumvent this clown and get Lemon in handcuffs soon. He was clearly part of the mob and should face justice.
