CNN’s shoddy attempt ‘journalism’ was on display this morning for all to see, where in the clip below host Dana Bash doesn’t even know basic facts about the topic when asking Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche about it.
In the first case, she misrepresents what the judges concluded and then was surprised when Blanche told her an appellate court judge did find probable cause against Lemon:
As I recall, the appellate court didn’t force the magistrate to issue an arrest warrant because they knew the DOJ had other tools they could use to get an arrest, like going to a grand jury, which they did. And now she asks why they went to a grand jury? Did she even read their opinion???
In the second clip, Dana Bash leaves out important parts of the indictment against Lemon when trying to cast him as a journalist. But Blanche won’t let her get away with it.
