The Supreme Court just issued a ruling on President Trump’s tariff case, with the court ruling against Trump’s use of emergency powers to issue his tariffs.
The ruling is said to be 6-3, with Justices Kavanaugh, Alito and Thomas dissenting.

How this moves forward I do not know. Trump has said he can get around a decision like this if he has to, so I guess we’ll find out what that looks like pretty soon.
